The Stash Box is a monthly subscription box for lovers of pop culture and trap music. As a Stash Box subscriber, you’ll receive a custom curated box packed with 5 to 7 of our favorite full-sized products, including 1-2 box-only items. The Stash Box can be a fun monthly gift for yourself or a friend who loves the culture.
- How much does The Stash Box cost? The Stash Box is $49 per month, containing products valued at $90-100.
- What makes the The Stash Box worth buying? With this box, you’re getting a mixture of best selling and exclusive Tees in the Trap items. Some of these products will only be available inside the box because we’re bougie like that. You’ll receive full-sized goodies at half the price. Additionally, $2 from every purchased box is donated to a monthly rotating charity.
- Where can I buy more of the products in my box? Other than our exclusive box-only products, you’ll be able to find the majority of The Stash Box goodies on www.teesinthetrap.com.
- How will I choose the size of my t-shirt? Before you add a Stash Box to your cart, you’ll be able to select the size of your shirt. Our shirts are unisex and usually run one size larger on women. Be sure to check our size chart before ordering. We recommend ordering one size down to prevent your t-shirt from being too big. If you’d like to update your t-shirt size for future boxes, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What if my box or products are damaged or missing? Please send us 2-3 photos of the damaged items or box to email@example.com. List any items that were not in your box. We’ll process a replacement for you.
- How can I share my products photos and/or unboxing with you? Thanks for your interest! You can do this two ways and that’s by hashtagging your photos on social with #teesinthetrap. Or you can email your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
- When will my box ship? The Stash Box usually ships within the first two weeks of the month. It can take up to 4-6 business days before you receive your box. You will receive a tracking number via email once your Stash Box ships so you can track it along the way.
- How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free every month.
- What mail carrier do you use? We ship priority mail using the USPS.
- Where do you ship? The domestically and internationally.
- How can I change my shipping address? You can do this by updating your account profile. In order to receive your next box at your new address, please update your information by the end of the month.
- When will I be charged? Your first box will incur an immediate charge to your credit card. It will renew every month thereafter on the 1st.
- What types of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards with the Visa, Mastercard, and American Express logos. We do not use PayPal.
- Are payments recurring? Yes, monthly payments are recurring. We’ll email payment reminders 3 days before your monthly bill.
- How can I update my payment information? You can do this by visiting your user account and editing your information.
Refunds & Cancellations
- How do refunds work? Refunds are issued with no hassle as long as you cancel before your next billing cycle.
- Can I cancel my account? You can cancel your account at any time in the admin area of your subscription. If you have any trouble, please send us an email to email@example.com if you’d like to cancel your account.
- How do I reactivate my subscription once it’s cancelled? You can reactivate your subscription within your account area. You will receive notifications when your credit card will be charged and the timeline of your next shipment.
- What is your return policy? The Stash Box is not eligible for refunds.
