What shirt brand do you print on?
All Tees in the Trap standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas brand tees, unless otherwise stated. Our shirts have are trendy with a slim fit, but they run big.
Are the t-shirts 100% cotton?
All tees are cotton, excluding tri-blends. Tri-blend tee fabric specs: 50% polyester, 25% cotton, and 25% rayon.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall - 2XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex tees and run big. Women should order one size down from their regular size. Women's cut tees are available upon request.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use both screen printing and heat transfer processes.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We currently do not accept PayPal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.
If your tracking doesn't update after 5 business days, please contact customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
If a customers order is returned to us due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. The customer is responsible for paying the reship fee for them to receive their item. If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
